- 2 cups all-purpose flour Unbleached flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ cup olive oil instead of vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk dairy or unsweetened plant-based

- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the olive oil and mix until the flour mixture becomes crumbly.
- Pour in the milk and stir just until the dough comes together. Avoid overmixing.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Gently pat or roll it out to about 1-inch thickness.
